Exterior Painting Season
Did you know that October to March is the optimal time of year to paint exterior projects (such as exterior homes, fences, decks, etc) in SW Florida? We work around this season and schedule outdoor painting projects during this timeframe due to high humidity and other weather. We perform all other services, including interior painting throughout the year.
Exterior & Interior Residential Painting
With years of experience working in the Florida climate, we know what it takes to get paint to last. Every surface is carefully prepared for proper adhesion, from sealing porous areas to detailed trim work. We handle every step ourselves — no subcontractors — so you can count on consistent quality. Paint is applied with precision, using brushing for trim and backrolling for smooth, even coverage.
We proudly use premium products from Sherwin-Williams® and Benjamin Moore®, giving your home a finish that looks beautiful and stands up to South Florida’s sun, salt, and storms.
Once you send a request for a free paint estimate, we will evaluate the condition of your home, the existing paint, necessary prep-work we need to complete — and provide you with a written proposal with the details on what we will do and what products will be used. If you have specific product requirements, let us know. You can review our proposal without the pressure of a salesman.

Meet The Team
Mike is an Army veteran, and lifelong Army Brat—a true go-getter with a drive for excellence. He brings deep hands-on experience in home maintenance, finish carpentry, light home improvements, and both interior and exterior painting. Mike also specializes in fence installation, including bamboo, vinyl, and traditional styles. Outside of work, he’s passionate about family, friends, and guitars.

A retired Army First Sergeant and one that also values family, Jess brings the discipline, leadership, and experience to every project. His practical experience in home renovation, maintenance and upgrades help ensure that every job is completed to the highest standard. With the technical and hands on knowledge of home projects and maintenance, Jess adds priceless value to the team.

Tina is the engine that keeps things moving. With years of hands-on experience and a natural ability to lead as a First Sergeant’s wife and mother, she plays a key role in coordinating, managing, and executing a wide range of painting and remodeling projects. She’s not only deeply involved in the day-to-day work but also ensures that quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

Home Checkup Services
Snow-birding, vacations or have an empty rental? We can schedule checkups or swing by before a major storm to tidy things up on the porch or elsewhere and install hurricane shutters – or check on your property after the storm. From locks, windows, security camera installation and more – we can give you a scheduled report or a phone call when on site, and provide solutions if necessary.
Handyman Services
We are pretty handy and versatile, and if the job is big, can show up as a 3 person team. Some of the things we do include mounting TVs, pictures and blinds. We fix doors, do small drywall and miscellaneous repairs, perform non-structural carpentry work, create custom range hood covers, build fences, replace rotten wood, faucet replacements and more.
We do most things a homeowner may need, and understand that homes might need just a little TLC, or may need a lot of work. We are here for you as your handyman and neighbor.

Free estimates for full painting projects such as full exterior or interior homes, however we have a minimum trip charge of $50 for for repairs. That charge goes toward the cost of the project if we get the job.
