Exterior Painting Season
Did you know that October to March is the optimal time of year to paint exterior projects (such as exterior homes, fences, decks, etc) in SW Florida? We work around this season and schedule outdoor painting projects during this timeframe due to high humidity and other weather. We perform all other services, including interior painting throughout the year.

Once you send a request for a free paint estimate, we will evaluate the condition of your home, the existing paint, necessary prep-work we need to complete – and provide you with a written proposal with the details on what we will do and what products will be used. If you have specific product requirements, let us know. You can review our proposal without the pressure of a salesman.

Mike is an Army veteran, and lifelong Army Brat—a true go-getter with a drive for excellence. He brings deep hands-on experience in home maintenance, finish carpentry, light home improvements, and both interior and exterior painting. Mike also specializes in fence installation, including bamboo, vinyl, and traditional styles. Outside of work, he’s passionate about family, friends, and guitars.

His practical experience in home renovation, maintenance and upgrades help ensure that every job is completed to the highest standard. With the technical and hands on knowledge of home projects and maintenance, Jess adds priceless value to the team.

With years of hands-on experience and a natural ability to lead as a First Sergeant’s wife and mother, she plays a key role in coordinating, managing, and executing a wide range of painting and remodeling projects. She’s not only deeply involved in the day-to-day work but also ensures that quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
